About Us Highway 43 Car Club is a group of automotive enthusiasts who share the same goal of having fun. It's not about the coolest car, the loudest engine, or the fastest ride, it's about the time shared and memories made. We created this Car Club as an outreach from people across the Ottawa Valley who wanted to be part of a united club. We have members from all over Ottawa and we welcome anyone who wants to join.Fundraising/Charitable Donations Part of our Club Mission is to give back to charities and organizations that are important to the community. This year, we have chosen to support the Children's Wish Foundation. The CWF grants wishes to children diagnosed with high risk, life threatening illnesses. They fulfil the wishes of these children which have ranged from trips to Disney World, to having a puppy of their own. With many people who have children, this charity touches the heart of many. A portion of the proceeds we receive this year (50/50 draw, sponsorships, etc.) will be given to the CWF at the end of the year. Another portion of our proceeds will be given to a local charity that we will choose at the end of the year. |
